Our services include: creating a unique and memorable mood-board for your house or space, designing a custom design proposal, and rendering the design proposal to capture its essence.
The design process
Contact us to set up a meeting to discuss the details of your project, so that we can help you to uncover what your dream home looks like. As a first step, we'll thoroughly research the best style to suit your space, budget, and unique needs.
A key step our clients love is to create a photorealistic 3D rendering of your vision. These concepts help you make sure your ideas are incorporated into the build phase. Every one of our projects has ended up resembling the original.
We procure any permits needed for the build. We have our own CAD designers, architects and structural engineers to review and sign off on plans. We are accredited with a number of cities in the Bay Area, which helps expedite the permit process.
Most builders hate the shopping process - they see it slowing down the whole process. At Studio 7074, we understand that all shades of white are not the same. We will work with you to select all materials, optimizing on items per demands on time and cost.
This is followed typically by a demo (teardown of existing structures), build and final touches. We will be present at all critical times, making multiple visits per day if need be.
